Daryl , from the Macclesfield store was brilliant, he went out of his way to help us and we weren't easy to please! At one point he moved a super king mattress from one part of the store onto a slatted bed base so that we could get the real experience. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you ?

Having waited in for 3 days to attempt to receive my order 3 times I am losing patience. Two deliveries arrived faulty - one wet and the next stained. Then the wrong end was re delivered! How hard is it for a bed company to deliver a bed ? I am now struggling to get any compensation and the replacement part 4th time lucky... read full comment
