Just been and viewed a property to rent with this estate agent. Loved the property and the lady that showed me around was lovely and very informative. I rang the estate agent and spoke to a guy, wish I had gotten his name and wanted to make an offer where I was basically told I?m not allowed to negotiate and to go and look at cheaper properties. The guy was insanely rude and then decided to tell me there is already an application on the property that is going through, which I?m questioning is actually true as I wasn?t told this when I enquired about the property. The property has been on since November and obviously hasn?t found someone because of the guy at this estate agent. Will never use this estate agent again even if my dream property becomes available with them as I will not be spoken to like that again

I moved the management of a property to Belvoir after a number of years with another company. I wish I had done this a lot sooner! The service they provide is friendly and extremely professional. This is a year late but? Barry and Winnie at belvoir Macclesfield were just amazing from start to finish during our first time purchase! I honestly can?t recommend them enough, they went the extra mile (considering we had a rough time with a very slow solicitor) and we?re the friendliest most lovely people. We will 100% be going through them for whatever is next on the cards for us.
