Tesco Metro's Macclesfield location is the first "Metro" store I've found to be just around the corner (About 3/4 of a mile) from a larger Superstore, but still, this is a good Tesco branch if you're in Macclesfield town centre. While the product selection was good, I did find the free-from section to be a little lacking and I couldn't find all the items I was visiting for. The store, however, was clean and the staff seemed friendly, the checkout experience was pretty smooth and hassle-free. Great if you're in a hurry as this is in a good location within Macclesfield town centre, but obviously you can't do a full shop here so if you're buying many items you might want to go to the nearby Tesco Superstore. 3*
