We've just purchased 3 sofas from Arighi Bianci after recommendation from a friend whose sofas we admired.
We were helped by Doug and Sue.
All staff in the shop were knowledgeable and catered their advice to our personal requirements and price bracket. There's goods in a variety of price brackets. We feel very confident in the quality and durability as well as aesthetics of the products we've purchased
We've received one delivery so far and the 2 team members who came to the house were very curious capable and communicative prior to and during delivery.
Excellent staff, showroom, product and delivery service.

Excellent service - we recently purchased a good quality stair carpet. In the department Sarah was extremely helpful, advising us with the technical queries we had. Also she sent an another member of the fitting team to further assist with our queries in the best way to lay a striped carpet. . And on the day Mark and Chris were very efficient and did an amazing job on a tricky hall & stairs. Also came not just with technical knowledge but both had a good sense of humour. All in all very pleased

Great little cafe inside the store. Gets very busy during peak hours.
We are around 15.00 on a Saturday, no waiting to be seated.
Just be careful as whilst the cafe shuts at 16.00 the kitchen shifts 40 minutes earlier.
Good WiFi and prompt service. We enjoyed the soup and can recommend the crushed avacardo on sourdough.

Visited the store last week, with the intention of purchasing a sectional sofa. Spent well over 45 minutes in the store across all levels.
In this entire time, I was not approached by one staff member enquiring if I needed any help, or even offering a simple greeting

Called into your cafe today for a drink and purchased Flat White and Fresh Orange juice and PAID the bill and was about to leave when where approach by another member of staff on the way out who asked had we paid I'm 64 years of age and my friend is 74 years of age we climb 3 flights of stairs to reach your cafe and the same on the way out. I have Never felt so ashamed in my life what a way to treat 2 elderly customers, neither us can run across a road never mind run down those stairs. Think one of your staff in the cafe needs a bit of training. The rest of the staff where brilliant, coffee very nice too

Really worth a visit for inspiration and great quality furniture. Lovely cafe is very popular and worth booking in advance on busy days. There is carparking. Lots of salespeople there to help, especially in the sofa section.
