I came to pickup my order. The lady who gave me the product didn't wish me and point her finger to my phone for the code. She didn't even give me face. It was 9 AM. She could have start the day with smile and positive attitude.

How to spoil a childs birthday.Faulty PlayStation 5, then given a faulty replacement. 1 wasted bank holiday. Store knew there was an issue with their batch of consoles. Told my refund will take between 3-7 days depending on staff, my bank informs me refunds can be done in hours . So potentially have to wait a week to buy a console through no fault of my own. Cynical and shoddy money grabbing behaviour. Argos.C

Macc Argos were cowboys today. Buying gaming headset for sons b day. 3 in stock game me one that had clearly been returned , ripped box, open seal, no inner bag, refused to change =not interested . Let?s hope it?s not broken ! Avoid kids at work !

Don't bother, I order a item, the order was a no show at the store, and they could not give me a firm date when it would arrive or if it would arrive, Don't take people's money if you cannot deliver, A wasted visit to the store, the staff did not seem to care,

I think this has been a good arrangement having theargos stores located within a branch of the Sainsbury's supermarket and the two suit each other quite well. Argos has always suited online ordering well but picking up from here is a good way of avoiding potential delivery issues eg failed deliveries and deliveries to wrong address. They do Soda Stream which we like

Excellent service really impressed with the staff, the young man who served us couldn't do enough, the product was delivered exactly when they said and the delivery driver was cheerful and well mannered.

It?s an Argos, it?s in a Sainsbury?s. You can order stuff online and collect sometimes immediately, sometimes later in the day or the following day.
