The team at Alan Lee have all been fantastic from the very start of my house selling journey. The process for me had its challenges due to an unfortunate fall through at a very late stage, but I felt extremely reassured at every step. Moving house is a really stressful experience, but working with Alan Lee has been a pleasure over the last few months. This was my first experience of selling a property and from first meeting Alan when he came to value my property, I felt understood and that my expectations were sensibly managed. This allowed me to make an informed decision when choosing them as my estate agents. Due to their careful consideration with price, I was offered full asking price within three weeks of my property going on the market. At a time when the market was still moving slowly, this felt like a huge achievement. Since accepting the offer on my property, Alan Lee have supported me through each stage, from finding the right solicitor to use, getting in touch when any issues have come to light and managing both mine and the buyers expectations regarding exchanging and completing. We heard of Alan Lee after seeing lots of their sale boards around Macclesfield and we wanted to support a local business when selling our home.
