Do NOT use them for Fedex parcels! I dropped a parcel off which should have been collected on a Friday, by the following Wednesday it still hadn?t been collected despite phoning them 3 times and spending ages messaging the parcel broker (Interparcel). When I phoned Wednesday evening I was told that it might take a couple more days to be collected! I have had to go up there and recover the parcel and refund my customer, I am now going to have the hassle of getting a refund from Interparcel/Fedex. I specifically used the dropoff service because I run a business and am in the workshop for a lot of the day and waiting in for a courier is disruptive, in the event this was much more disruptive.

This is after a though wash cycle, I spent £6 in total and it didn't have the right power and pressure to do the job properly. Don't bother using the blue, sad excuse for a "Lance", as it just dribbles out. Save time and money and go to the Partington hand car wash for a much better quality and it is slightly cheaper for the same outside service.It has been like this for weeks and I have now mentioned it twice, nothing has been done.
