Emily is amazing!! She is thoughtful, always listens to what I want to achieve and does everything she can to help me achieve my desired look whilst always making sure I look after my lashes and brows. She is extremely knowledge in all services she offers. Emily is approachable, kind and it?s always a pleasure to go and catch up in our appointments. I look forward to seeing Emily every time and she always delivers exactly what I wanted!!! Thanks Emily

I would love to be able to recommend but unfortunately, I can?t. If only Emily has the ability to truly listen to her clients concerns and wishes and act on them, then she may have great potential. I may then have a smile every day I look in the mirror and not focus on my hooded eyelid and unnatural frozen look. I found her incredibly argumentative and condescending. I can clearly see a drop in one eyelid but she believed she knew my face better than I knew my own and would not listen to my concerns or offer to rectify it. She also argued that the numbing cream works instantly, which I?m sorry, it does not! It was a horrible experience and totally put me off having anything done again.. I?m not one for leaving reviews but if this feedback helps to improve practice, then that?s a positive all round. Fingers crossed!

If I could give Emily more than 5 stars I honestly would she is amazing I?ve had numerous facials , fillers , botox always go to Emily have done for years wouldn?t ever go else where. She really is AMAZING

Today i did my russian lash course with Emily and i have come away smiling from ear to ear ?Emily was great and covered everything with me that i needed to know. I cant wait to start offering Russian lashes to my services with confidence. Thank you so much Emily, I cant wait to come back to train with you for more courses ?

I can?t thank Emily enough for what she has done for me, 7 years ago I had Bell?s palsy and it has permanently effected the left side of my face and has really effected my confidence.I?ve been having treatments with Emily like eyelashes and eyebrows which she is also an artist in, for the last couple of years and we got onto the topic of Botox for my nerve damage I have been a bit nervous about this which is why I never tried before.Emily put my mind at ease and actually got me excited to try Botox, I had my first appointment a couple of days ago Emily talked me through Everything she was going to do and why and also explained it can take upto 2 weeks to kick in,.I am currently 36 hours in and I am able to physically smile again which is something I haven?t been able to do in 7 years I am honestly over the moon and can?t thank her enough and highly recommend her to everyone who will listen x

Emily is the best at what she does, she is so professional and talks you through the whole process. I?ve been going to Emily for a while now and I wouldn?t go to anyone else for my lash extensions or lip filler! I have also just had liquid rhinoplasty by Emily. The results are amazing and I?m so much more confident due to the results. Emily also offers a follow up review appointment to make sure you are happy with your treatment! I?ve been going to Emily for lashes for the last 2 years nearly, and more recently have chosen to have fat dissolving and lumi eyes with her. I come to Emily for my lashes every 2-3 weeks and she?s the best! She?s really quick and they always look perfect.
