Mark up is insane, but that?s expected. However I?ve never been able to buy a meal deal here as the POS is deliberately unclear to try and catch you out, costing up to £12 for a basic lunch on the road.

I wanted to buy biscuits with a parking voucher and they didn't accept it.
I am NOT allowed alcoholic beverages and cigarettes.
It's ok I understand...
But the biscuits are edible.
They want you to buy only what they want with these vouchers, probably what they can't sell.
An expensive shop and disrespectful to those who pay to park at MOTO Lymm.
Do their bosses know about this practice?

Really poor service from the assistant with a Liverpool accent ,had been overcharged for my shopping by accident, not a problem but the assistant gave me every reason under the sun why it was my problem and lump it,original lady who served me immediately took over and gave m s service ,mistakes happen every day just don't make it the customers fault because your ignorant

Stopped overnight at the truck stop and called in to the onsite m&s store to find a really good selection of fine fresh food of which was presented very well indeed but also to find two wonderfully helpfully staff that were so helpfull and accomadating both a credit to this store so Catherine. And Kate keep up the good work and see you on my next visit,S

Absolutely spot on,food in the bar and grill is excellent,freshly made food piping hot and plenty of it and not expensive ,all the staff are a credit to you,very friendly and cleanliness is second to none..the place is immaculate..see you again soon ?

Handy food store from M&S. Good if you need a quick bite on the motorway. Never much of a queue, so good if you're in a rush. Not a huge range, but had everything I needed when I was last there. Covid 19 precautions all in place. The staff are friendly and helpful .
