I have been a customer for a few years, I ordered food tonight and they wanto charge me 10p for a wooden fork!! They are usually free. People behind the counter cold with no emotion. Almost born like. I will not buy from them again. If you don't have Principals then you may not exist

Awful food here . For such a nice area I didn't expect the only Chinese to be this bad. Need a big step up . Change that curry sauce I don't even know what it is tbh but it ain't curry sauce.

Awful service. Women behind counter was rude and so aggressive. I was shocked at how awful the service was in such a small village. How can they be so rude and still expect customers. Wow!

The choice of chippies in Lymm is limited, and with Lymm Fish & Chips having the most Google ratings and reviews, I chose to visit.Unfortunately, it may have been the wrong choice. The salt and pepper chips were a small portion, and the first few tasted overwhelmingly sweet. There were few peppers and onions, and the sugar was followed by an intense salty taste.The haddock and cod fillets were small and thin, with oily and doughy batter, and excessively salted. The curry sauce was decent but also too salty.Despite its name, "Lymm Fish & Chips" prioritises Chinese food. Ordered chips and curry, the most I have ever paid for chips and curry, the curry was very sweet and the chips were warmups, the chips were tasteless, they were that bad, we actually threw them in the bin. Will defiantly go back ??

Last time I ordered king prawn with water chestnuts and bamboo shoots but there were no water chestnuts. Tonight I ordered same dish and double checked that they would include water chestnuts but just got onions instead AGAIN. Also the food was pretty tasteless. These guys only take cash. Beware of their Chinese food. Fish & chips ok
