Nice enough pub with friendly service,just hated the stench of cigarettes and oil from the kitchen.
Maybe it's better if you are a smoker ?

Spent a lovely couple of hours at the Golden Fleece in Lymm. We had a delicious bite to eat, highly recommend the lunch menu ciabattas ?
The staff were really friendly and service was excellent. A beautiful location with a gorgeous beer garden overlooking the canal. Dog friendly too ? just perfect

15 of us Went here for a meal the night before my sons wedding.
Lovely pub the food was really nice , service was good food was hot and plentiful.
Location. In the centre of the village parking at the back right in the canal.

We go here on most Fridays, infant, we cycle here from 5 miles away that's how much we like it, great atmosphere friendly staff and very good food.

Went for lunch. The food was pleasant pub grub at affordable prices. But the most impressive was the staff, who took amazing care of our party, including kids and seniors; pointing out the most suitable tables, friendly service, unobtrusively helping when there was a spill. Grand place.

We was moved from the table we chose as soon as we walked in (they wanted to clean the carpets) which was fine, but there were no signs up or area cordoned off, the food arrived and was wrong, no apology given, just ?oh I think that was my fault? the replacement dish arrived after everybody else had finished, so my son didn?t want to eat at that point. We ordered a second round of drinks, but the girl with glasses could not look any less interested in serving us, two different types of lager were served in the same type of glass, so I asked which one was which and received a blunt response. On a positive note my food was nice and well priced, the place was clean and tidy albeit empty?.i wonder why!?
