I had four implants today which required a few hours of work in my mouth. At the end I was looking forward to relaxing for a few hours while the bridge was being made BUT ?? I was given a relaxation bed about 6-8? off the ground. How are people less able than me expected relax on such a low thing??? Getting down and up was difficult for me. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. There should at least be a recliner or something similar.
On the positive side, everyone made me feel as comfortable as one can be in this situation, with exceptional professionalism and friendliness. They are all such lovely people.

I cannot thank Eagle Brow Dental enough. After a nightmare week with a severe gum infection, being refused a prescription to treat by my own NHS dentist and basically left to deal with it alone, I became very unwell due to the spread of infection. The staff at Eagle Brow Dental were absolutely fantastic, Kay on reception did everything she could to get me seen and treated quickly and the same level of care has been shown to me throughout the past week. I'm not sure what would have happened had it not been for the amazing care and guidance given by these guys. Honestly, no words can express how grateful I am. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

This dental practice is amazing! I am the most nervous person to ever go to the dentist and from the minute I walk in and see Sarah she is the best person to have around if you are nervous and knows exactly what to say.My dentist Amanda and her lovely nurse are also beyond good with my treatment and nerves.Cant recommend them highly enough.

I have used this dental practise for several years. Originally I had a couple of dental implants done by Jonathan Rees in a practise in Kendal. More recently having teeth troubles in the last few years I have needed more implants so hunted him down to Eagle Brow in Lymm.
I live a good hours drive away from the Lymm practise (2 hours + at rush hour) near Blackpool so this is testament to how much I appreciate the service Jon and his team offer, all of which are brilliant.
To date I have now had 5 implants and all have been successful, filling in gaps in my mouth as old teeth have broken off at the gum line.
Every part of the process is explained fully and always feel like I have had top notch service.
Wouldn't hesitate to go back in the future for more implants if required.

I can't rate Eagle Brow highly enough. I was referred for a Dental Implant at the beginning of 2024, a daunting prospect to someone with a fear of the dentists chair. Every single member of the team has gone above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and reassured about my treatment all the way from Sarah and Kay on reception through to John and Frances who conducted my implant treatment. I'm delighted with the results and so impressed with the practice that I've now transferred my regular dental treatment here as well under Emma who is fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble, when required appointments are available quickly and everything is explained in detail with all options discussed. Every single member of the team I've interacted with has been amazing.

Recently finished my tooth implant treatment and I had been referred to Eagle Brow by my dentist. I was first seen by Jonathan and he was always so lovely and welcoming each time I saw him. He explained each step of my treatment plan and made sure everything was done when it was right to do so in terms of healing. My implant surgery itself (although painful afterwards) Jonathan made me feel so relaxed and again explained what he was doing as he was doing it. Once my mouth healed, I was then seen by Francis for my impressions and then my final fitting. Francis again was so lovely and Molly her nurse, they both took interest in what I said to them and remembered little things about me which was again a personal touch! I am so happy to finally have my tooth sorted! I could not find a single fault with anyone at Eagle Brown. Rebecca used to arrange my appts over the phone and then the 2 ladies on reception were so attentive and helpful when I was in practice. Thank you so much for all your help! You?ve made a massive difference to my appearance! (After wearing a denture for just under a year it?s not the best feeling especially it being a front tooth). Thank you so much again!

Lovely team at the dental practice and recommended to friends and family.Have been coming for 4 years now and now on the BUPA Smile Plan, spreading the costs to a monthly Direct Debit Plan. The booking system is superb, with notifications prior to your appointments.The staff are excellent in a very modern dentist, with all up today equipment.You are in very safe hands at Eagle Brow Dental Care and Implant Centre.

I recently had a fantastic visit to Emma my new dentist, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. Emma was thorough, explaining every step of the process and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. The clinic was spotless and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making the entire appointment efficient and painless. It's clear that patient care is their top priority. I left feeling well cared for and confident in my dental health. Highly recommended!

I required emergency post cap repair, Kay and Sarah on the desk were fabulous, they rang me the moment a cancellation came up and handled all the claim process. Emma was amazing too, and quickly and clearly explained what was found and outlined the options.
