Recently began renting with Declan James and the entire process was quick, straightforward and professional. Having lived in Lymm for over 20 years I've used all the estate agents when selling my properties and I can assure you that Declan James by far exceeds all the others. The enthusiasm and sense of genuine interest from Laura is why I chose to use them. They created a fantastic video and particulars which really helps create interest. Laura did all the viewings for me and the team have worked so hard in keeping my sale on track, which helps take away a lot of the stress. I have been renting from Declan James now for over two years. I can say at first they seemed to be genuinely alright. However within the last year or so they have gone very west. I wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone. I honestly have had a nightmare with them this last few months as I have decided to leave the property. There mis-communication from there advisors is ludicrous. The pressure you have to put on them to have the appropriate response is ridiculous. I have been waiting for a response from the manager for the last 4 weeks.I strongly recommend to stay away from this company if you know what?s best for yourself.

Used them previously and would use them again, they think outside of the box with ads marketing and photos. Sale was quick and I wasn't treated like a minion on a conveyor belt, customer is key and in my case these guys knew it. Keep up the great work!

My experience with Declan James has been brilliant.Jenny Ali and especially Michelle are very hardworking.There telephone manner with help or support and assistance with any issues that may need exploring is just fantastic .The turn around can be literally days as me and my partner call it express delivery! Theyve been known to go the extra mile and even occasionally reply whilst on annual leave which is pretty rare really! so thought I would give them the review they deserved all the staff are so hardworking ? well done :)
