A fairly generic medium sized co-op. It is situated on the transpennine cycle trail so can be used to plan a rest stop to fill up on essentials such as water, lucazade and candy. Has a few places outside you can use to lock up your bike while you go inside.

There is one obnoxious woman who works here who is well known to customers for her disgraceful rudeness. I have already complained to head office about her as others have. She doesn't like the self service tills and deliberately ignores customers who have problems when using them. When in fact people use those tills for sole purpose of avoiding to be served by this confrontational and miserable woman. Service with a grunt, if you're lucky.

Fantastic, always well stocked and managed and when my son came off his bike last night they were kind enough to offer their own bandages when i purchased other things ! excellent staff
