Not for the first time with this member of staff... Some blunt, short and petulent, unpleasant Customer Service... it's an odd member of youngish staff (you know who it is)... Customer Service is a skill... a bit of coaching and development required for a junior member of staff is all that is required. Have a great day. :-)

Lovely pharmacy. Staff and pharmacist are always friendly and happy to help. Only negative is the large step to access which is a struggle for disabled customer like myself.

This boots store is situated in Lymm, which is only a small village and you cant miss it as there isnt many shops on the highstreet. You can park for free in the car park opposite the store. The store is only small but is a pharmacy mainly and supplies general goods such as baby food, nappies, milk etc. Also some mens wash products and a selection of ladies cosmetics and toiletries. There is the top brands such as lynx, no7, time delay stocked here but for the full ranges I recommend this a bigger store as I think this is ok if you are just passing and may have run out of a product. However all the staff are very friendly and will do anything to help with any problems or queries you may have. Also they dont stock many christmas lines during the festive period this is perhaps due to the store being small.
