Lack lustre staff, unprofessional inappropriate banter, food not much better - when asked chef what he would recommend he said McDonald's !!!! Signs up saying only serving hotel guests and booked tables - thnk whilst counting down to new owners - would have been better to shut !! I sympathise with the staff but as a guest I shouldn't know as much as I was told or overheard. So disappointing we left after one night - no one in reception as we departed, website kept throwing us out, not the high standards I have grown to expect from "premier" over the years.
Nearby activities: Chester zoo was fantastic!

Dominic Jenkins
My wife and I are so grateful to Dominic Jenkins for everything he did. Our drive from London to the Wirral was stressful enough but right from the off, over the phone, he took care of our reservations with decent prices and continued to do so much more. He generously sorted our food choices esp the Unlimited, Full English breakfast, yum, and found us a spacious room in a packed hotel. He took care of our tours and printed loads of sights we should visit. Thanks to him we had a simply wonderful time on the 'Ferry across the Mersey' and did the Hop on, Hop off bus tour immersing ourselves in the insane amount of history. We visited Albert Harbour and even had Scouse at Ma Boyle's! He sorted out our last minute additional day and made paying so easy. Always with a smile and freshness despite his hours, our stay was relaxed and enjoyable with him and the other professionals like Lol at breakfast. Our future choices of accommodation will always start with Premier Inn thanks to Dominic.

If I could give it no stars I would. Had 2 good meals then an absolute joke of a third. Lazy chef who couldn't be bothered toasting a simple garlic bread. Sent it back and got the same again. I complained and then got accused of swearing, absolutely disgusting.
Must Have been a different chef and the manageress must have had a bad day to be how rude she was. Disgusted

Agree with other reviews room 9 very creaky floors very annoying, clean rooms inside, decor fresh enough inside, outside needs a big refurb wood beams rotten paintwork green gutters full of weeds looks very shabby, this particular restaurant adjoining the premier inn is a order at the bar...food/and drinks so long queues with 1 bar staff serving! not come across this before at other premier Inn restaurants don't know if this is a new thing? Or selective restaurants? Tables in restaurant varnish has worn through years of use generally needs a good refurb!! apart from that it's your typical premier inn ?

Well after an awful experience at the McDonald Craxton Hotel in Chester Cheshire, Premier Inn Wirral (Two Mills) came to the recuse ,They made our stay feel like we were staying at the 4 seasons In New York?? - outstanding customer service from Kilian I hope I have spelled your name right my friend, absolute gentleman heard about mine and my partners awful experience with the above named hotel and sympathised with us and instead of charging us extra for breakfast on top of our room rate he offered it to us on the house when he really did not need to, this is the difference between exceptional customer service and actually making sure that your customers are looked after for l what they pay for , we slept like babies and more importantaly we woke up feeling refreshed in a clean and well kept room. Exceptional and we will be staying again when we reaturn to Chester. Thank you ??

My friend and I visited Chester Zoo as stayed here as only 15 minutes away. Although the outside needs a bit of updating the staff here were all amazing. So friendly, had a laugh with us, helpful and always available. These are a credit to your business.

All the External of the building looks pretty tired gutters need cleaning out grass is growing out of every gutter so when it is raining the water just keeps overflowing out of them paintwork to walls and woodwork needs redoing. Interior tables in restaurant need sanding down and revamping. The staff where very friendly and helpful 10 out of 10 for the staff. We felt the place was just a little bit rundown.Rooms: Could not get the WiFi in room 104 and you could not get a picture on the TV as wellNearby activities: Did not use any. We where in transit to Northern Ireland by ferry.Safety: Felt safe all the timeWalkability: Was great ?Food & drinks: 10 out of 10Noteworthy details: Would we stay again Yes we would.
