Great Day visiting Zo and Co Knutsford on 7/6/2025. The day was planned so My daughter could go Jellycat shopping.This was our first visit to this lovely store and the staff were really friendly and polite. I would definitely recommend this store and we will be returning soon to buy more Jellycats ? Thanks again.

Went into the shop to buy a Jellycat Acorn which was in the window for my daughter. There was no stock online or in the store and so we asked to purchase the one remaining in the window.
The assistant refused us on the grounds that it was Jellycat policy that certain product had to be displayed, and we would have to contact Jellycat directly if there was an issue.
We did then contact Jellycat customer services who confirmed there was no such policy and sent us a verifying email confirming that they had no issue with us purchasing the last remaining item.
We returned to the shop and very politely reiterated this to the shop assistant and showed her the email, whereupon she literally rolled her eyes at us, then told us she would have to speak to the owner.
After a couple of sentence's to the owner, we were told, you can't have it, it has been sold. No apologies whatsoever for the inconvenience or giving us the run around previously with a completely different excuse. Terribly rude experience.

Collected some balloons for my husband's 60th. The shop looked lovely from the outside and the chap was very obliging and even brought me out a handful of cards to choose from. Will definately be visiting after lockdown.
