As per usual I greeted by the most unhelpful shop assistant ever. Didn?t even make the till point , only to be told the Dhl system isn?t working. She took great pleasure in telling me to go all the way to Wilmslow, which I did and was greeted by very helpful and friendly staff. Everything is to much trouble for her at the knutsford store, it feels like it?s a total inconvenience just to send a parcel. I always feel really uncomfortable. Just wish there was more DHL drop off points then i wouldn?t have to enter that store again. After today I will go elsewhere.

Today?s visit will be the last. One particular member of staff has always stood out for being particularly unfriendly; today she outdid herself with her rude attitude and unhelpfulness.
