Really wanted a coffee and food. Stood in one empty queue whilst serving staff ignored us. After 10 mins they then redirected us to the person on the cash desk for a table .
Pointedly ignored then by cashier. Couldn't take the nonexistent customer service so left.

Visited here after a year or so as last time was quite poor. Really disappointed and wouldn?t recommend. One member of staff let all her team down with her poor attitude and general dislike of customers. We watched how she served everyone as if they were really an inconvenience. She needs to rethink if retail is her forte as she was rude, slow and clearly didn?t want to be there.
As I had complained about the 3 chips in my cup, she chose to leave the cake we had ordered on the side for almost 15 mins, saying she was waiting for the kitchen to prepare it, until I literally got up myself to get it! Did apologise for the cup as I was paying to get the tip but I felt really uncomfortable the whole time and couldn?t wait to leave.
This used to be a lovely place, the garden centre is lovely and the restaurant has such potential but the odd member of staff, the decor and the food really lets them down.
The shop cake was passable, the toast was actually burnt on one side on both pieces so there is defo an issue with the machine and almost £15 is a lot for the experience we had. Very poor value for money.

Always use fryers garden centre knutsford plants are the best but went in the cafe today took my mum had a coffee and scone the coffee was cold and the scones would put a window through they were that hard when paying for them I told the girl at the till and she said probably from yesterday and said £14 and pence no I?ll speak to the manager ect won?t be going back to the cafe very disappointed

Been here a few times in the past month, coffee has been v good & hot (some cafes serve warm so top marks for fryers). Food has been really nice, tried the club sandwich & fish ciabatta both with chips & salad has been fresh each time. The cakes all look v nice, hv tried fruit scone & custart tart & would defo order again. Staff are pleasant & provided us with good service

Bad experience, went to buy two Rose's, and a birthday lunch, cafe was grubby service poor ,ordered from menu two bottles of still water,got 2 glasses of tap waterOrdered one tuna sandwich and one beef sandwich ,got two tuna sandwiches, when we told the waitressShe said they had no beef ,we came away with no Rose's and no lunchWe had made a 40 mile round tripSo not a happy birthday

Dismal, dried flowers hanging over restaurant and we?re in a garden centre, worn furnishings, dried out cakes in fridges, needs refurbishment.

Sooooo poor, kitchen is busy, really, so few people in. Wait to order 15 mins, coffee arrives 15 mins later. Now, 55 mins since entering and no food - really !!!!

Thisn is the second year I have taken along over 30 people for morning coffee and cake/scone for a Christmas treat. I returned because the staff in The Rosary are so friendly and helpful, led by Jonathan, their cafe manager, who is always very accomodating. I have read recent reviews and am shocked to hear such negative comments. We has a fantastic time with great efficient service for 34 people-not an esay task. The scones and cakes were delicious and the drinks hot. I can only recommend this cafe.

Visited early Saturday only a couple of tables occupied.2 members of staff on duty.Completely oblivious we had sat down.Waved to attract their attention as busy folding napkins.Got their attention, had to ask for menus and ordered 2 coffees while we decided what to order.We sat and sat and sat until I noticed our coffees were going stone cold, my daughter stood up and went to counter to pick them up, 2 staff members were open mouthed but didn?t move or apologise.We ordered our food - bacon bap with black pudding, food arrived, no bap, just bacon and black pudding.She went to get a bap.Trying to pay - nobody there we literally could have just walked out, 3 people wanting to pay, no sign of anybody, my daughter had to go hunting for someone.It?s a definite NO from us. Won?t be visiting cafe ever again

The garden centre is good however the cafe is not welcoming & very short staffed the service is awful!!! We will not be back anytime soon

I have rarely felt the need to post a review but in this instance I had no option. Went to visit Santa yesterday with the family and the cafe squeezed 11 of us in over lunchtime. The front of house staff were chatty and pleasant however the food was terrible. My auntie ordered a quiche and had to send it back because it was rubbery and felt like it had been warmed in a microwave. The menu description was nothing like what we received. I ordered a baguette and received a bake at home bread sticks which was soft. My daughter ordered the pasta in tomato sauce which was supposed to come with parmesan but when arrived was mainly pasta with the tiniest bit of sauce which she attempted to eat but was dry. Last night my daughter was sick in the night and my mum has experienced diarrhoea. Memories of what should have been a lovely day ruined by bad overpriced food. The Santa was probably the nicest Santa we've ever been to so it's such a shame we had to experience that. I would advise people to not even chance it given the after effects.

Waited over 12 minutes to be asked for my order after being greeted by a member of staff . Staff standing around talking , no interest in serving me so I left .
