Really wanted a coffee and food. Stood in one empty queue whilst serving staff ignored us. After 10 mins they then redirected us to the person on the cash desk for a table . Pointedly ignored then by cashier. Couldn't take the nonexistent customer service so left.

Visited here after a year or so as last time was quite poor. Really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend. One member of staff let all her team down with her poor attitude and general dislike of customers. We watched how she served everyone as if they were really an inconvenience. She needs to rethink if retail is her forte... read full comment
