Please do not instruct this company to install your conservatory/orangery. They are not interested in assisting you with poor workmanship. I recently purchased a house that Sunlight had erected a conservatory/orangery which is approx 4 years old. I was informed that the warranty wasn't transferable which I was informed by my Solicitor. Which in itself is very suspicious. As I moved in it was evident the roof was leaking. The wind and the rain we had end Dec/Jan highlighted this with approx 5 leaks requiring buckets, bowls etc. Clive came out and said they would help but I would need to pay towards it as the warranty is not transferable. I had said ok and as he advised sent photos to his boss Phil who would look into this. Over the last 5 weeks, I have phoned over 6 times being told Phil was dealing with it, don't worry and left messages and chased up via emails. Nothing, I am being ignored!In sheer desperation as in a mess when it rains, I went to a reputable conservatory roof repair company who investigated to look at the glass roof who have been disgusted with the way I have been treated and the poor workmanship on this roof. No bungs, plastic cut short in various places, cracks in the plastic holding the glass panels and sealant put on to repair which was wearing off. Thought to be caused by the fixing into place during installation. (Incidentally, I had been told by Clive that it hadn't leaked in the 4 years since it was erectef.) The Roof Repair Representative was surprised that it hadn't leaked earlier. He also informed me this roof was now obsolete.Please, don't use this company. I want to prevent anyone else experiencing the problems I have. Thank you for reading.

Last year I had a new boot room, designed and fitted by Sunlight Conservatories and more recently, new fascias and guttering which has transformed the look of my cottage.They are a professional team, offering excellent service from design, project management and Andrew and James made an excellent job of both the boot room and fascia work.I would recommend this company highly and they thoroughly deserve 5 stars.

We are so pleased with our new conservatory, this is the second project Phil,Clive and their team have done for me .The team are so helpful throughout the process and they created very little mess even though they had to works days in very heavy rain .

My Sunlight Conservatory was installed 6 years ago in a highly professional manner, this might seem a long time ago to be rating a supplier but unlike some I can say that 6 years on my conservatory is trouble free and dry as a bone. It was one of the best decisions I ever made.

We had a major project undertaken by Sunlight that includes a large orangery and also a complex garage conversion. The quality of the workmanship has really stood out in addition to the reliability of the company. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Absolutely first class job - can't recommend them enough. Our site was split-level and piled which added complexity but the entire build was totally professional and achieved a first class result. No high pressure selling, in fact Phil became known as "Uncle Phil" to our granddaughters. Clive and his team were easy to get on with during the build. Totally satisfied.

Sunlight have just finished a conservatory with solid roof as an additional room for our bungalow. The finished result has exceeded my expectations. All those involved with the build arrived on-time as planned, did a great job, were polite and left everything clean and tidy. Clive kept a close eye on things and was very responsive to any queries. A great job all round...mustn't forget Phil who did the original planning and design.

After serious consideration we chose Sunlight to install our conservatory, The experience was stressFree right from the beginning. The discussions we had with Phil at the office, and followed by a home visit was very informative, and everything was explained so we completely understood the process.Once we had agreed and signed relevant papers, Clive their Project Manager took over and organisedEvery stage of the build.We couldn?t fault anything, from the builders constructing the dwarf wall, the guys erecting the conservatory, and the floor tiler.All the work involved was very professionaly completed, couldn?t fault it.Well done Sunlight, it was a pleasure. 10 out of 10

This is the second property we have used Sunlight to replace our windows and we have found their work to be first class. From quotation to completion, Phil, Clive and the workmen on site have been extremely friendly and helpful. There is no big sales pitch just thoughtful and helpful advice.We are now using them to convert our garage and replace our facias and their service as usual is outstanding.If you want your windows / conservatories doing then we would not hesitate in recommending Sunlight Windows & Conservatories Ltd.
