The service from this Sorting Office has declined alarmingl in recent months. The service used to be reliable and mail was delivered daily by experienced staff. Now it is appalling. I have paid for mail redirection and it is delivered about every 3 weeks, not daily. You have to chase them to deliver your mail. The management needs to get a grip of this situation and they need to explain to customers why they are failing so badly . It is shambolic and totally unacceptable.

Dreadful dreadful postal service!! 8 days for a signed for next day letter no post for days on ends, no staff they say!!!! What the hell! Trying to run a business.

Constantly sat outside striking while eating sandwiches and drinking tea. Maybe stop stealing parcels and you?ll get a decent wage.
