I regularly shop at this store as I live in Knutsford. However today I had the misfortune of dealing with the store manager. I’d give her customer service a 0 out of 10. other staff have always been helpful previously.

Excellent service, phoned about a product found out it is not in stock so saves me a journey. Very helpful & pleasant.
