Generally the staff in this shop are great but a lady called Tnisha I belive is her name was very rude and abrupt towards me when I was trying to help her to scan a parcel I was dropping off. Not a nice person and do not wish to go in there again if I see her.

Go to this store quite a lot and have had very mixed experiences with the staff. The young blonde girl in her early 20s I would say is lovley, polite and excellent at her job and even remembers my name, however there is another women who works there who is a bit older maybe in her late 40s and she is horrible and rude and even throws around peoples parcels on the floor. I have never had a good experience with her and always has a problem with my name which in the long time I have lived has never been an issue and acts like it?s my fault she can?t pronounce a simple name. Someone needs to teach her some manners. She even was exceptionally rude when I came to collect a parcel and she told me she hasn?t had time to open the box yet and was throwing her hands around telling me to come back a different day to collect ???

I use as a drop off for parcels and the staff are always a pleasure to deal with even though I don't think they make much money from the add on business. So happy when they reopened as the staff at the other drop off location are unfriendly.
