Superb service from Flooring 4 You. The team are all friendly and knowledgeable and spotted we had a problem with our concrete floor. They managed to expertly rectify the problem, screed and lay an absolutely beautiful Ted Todd floor in sugarcane in a herringbone parquet. We absolutely love the finished result. Highly recommend!!

From the start all went well. Simon gave us an overview of the range of carpet suitable for our sitting room and stairs, provided samples for us to take and try in our home, patient as we changed our mind over several visits. Finally we decided, both my wife and I agreed on quality and colour of carpet. The installation took place yesterday and today. We are truly delighted with the professionalism of the fitting and the final result. We chose well in both the carpet and the company to supply and fit the carpet. Finding your way through a loft conversion and the many home improvements associated with this costly work can be a very challenging experience. However, Flooring 4 U provided a seamless, efficient and very positive experience for us from start to finish. Our builder recommended them highly and I soon came to understand the reasons for this. I made an appointment to visit their showroom to look at samples, and Kane and Simon were both on hand, right on time and were patient and knowledgeable and good humoured throughout the whole selection process. I was looking at both hardwood flooring and berber carpeting, and they talked to me about the range of products they could offer, and the benefits and costs of each one. Everything from that point onwards was like clockwork. They always followed through with exactly what they said they would do - from providing quotes, taking measurements in our home, making suggestions - and of course the well prepared execution of the installtion itself. They even held our carpet product in their warehouse for much longer than we'd arranged - because other work on our home was pushed back by months. They are terrific business owners because they truly put the customer experience first - and know they have high quality products which they can sell with confidence. They are also knowledgeable about caring for the products after installation - and have let me know I can seek their advice in the future for the care of the products. Last but not least, they are hard working, ethical guys who are polite, considerate and go above and beyond to deliver a great client experience.

Our experience couldn?t have been better. They arrived on time and the carpet fitter did a fabulous job in no time at all. Simon even helped us move the heavy furniture back into the room. Excellent job.
