Always a pleasure to visit. Friendly staff, never go wrong with my usual. 1 star down for the food cause of the options for higher protein snacks. But the Americano is always a Fav. Whether I'm sitting in or take away. Keep it up

I visited the store today, and despite being almost the end of the day, Cheryl and Anna were still cheery and upbeat. They didn?t rush me to order, and my drink was made to a high standard. This was a very pleasant visit, and I would certainly visit again.
I travelled 20 minutes to visit this store instead of my usual local (Costa Coffee in Northwich), and it certainly was worthwhile. I will be returning.

Great coffee, staff are lovely but the furnishings are filthy & in need of replacing. Shop itself glum looking and toilet needs deep cleaning more often.

Best chain cafe in Knutsford. Lovely staff who are actually happy to see you. Scored down on vegan options for food. Used to carry far more options.

I really enjoyed my stop here. I had a Lemon Meringue Cheesecake and a coffee. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere while the staff are really good and caring.

Usual good coffee, but note: no toilet as it's out of order. Nero's actually expect customers (and staff, I was told!) to use the toilet in the rival coffee shop across the way. The cheek is astounding.

Blonde server today, think she?s the manager, made the worst coffee ever. Burnt the milk. So hit not even able to pick up the cup. Queue was out the door and didn?t have time to ask to change it.

For me it?s on the right side of town with a short walk to Tatton Park.
Staff are always Very pleasant.
