Today, August 11, 2024, at 9:30 PM, we enjoyed one of the best burgers we've had. We ordered three Double Whoppers and asked the staff to ensure they were fresh. The person who assisted us, Rafa, made sure each burger was fresh and delicious from the first bite to the last. Rafa, thank you for the excellent service

It's more expensive to buy a burger+ chips than burger chips and a drink. So if you don't want a drink you're supposed to get it anyway and throw it away? How's that reasonable with today's resource challenges? It proves rotten reasoning at the top decision making level.

Crap! Can?t order on the app, the kiosk won?t accept offer codes or QR codes, etc. Tells you to redeem at the counter, but as there was a queue of 3 people with nobody serving them I left and went somewhere else. No wonder Burger King doesn?t have many branches if this is the level of service - it?s actually (and I can?t believe I?m saying this) WORSE than McDonald?s!!!
