Boiths is a model about how all supermarkets should be. The staff are customer focused and its always a pleasant experience. However prices are on the higher side. Conversely the majority of the food and drinks are carrfully selected for taste and quality and you can buy locally low mileage produce alongside a wide range of regular items and not so regular.

Visited the restaurant today at lunchtime. Ordered a chicken caesar salad and had to wait over 25 mins for it to arrive. Needed to extend parking limit on machine at counter. Waitress told me then that orders were taking about 30 mins to complete. Wasn't told this when ordering.
Also, why are the Christmas decorations up almost 4 months before Christmas? Weird!

Lovely store with free toilets, free car parking and a bus station directly outside. Very well laid out and staff were brilliant. Once again, some products are very expensive, that's why no 5 stars on this occasion.

Lovely helpful staff, plentiful free parking for 2 hours and a good range of interesting groceries and bread. Still has counters for fish meat cheese and hot food.

The deli counter at Booth's supermarket in Knutsford is the best! The Saturday staff in particular are some of the friendliest. They deserve an award!?

I went by the Booths store a few weeks back, and Kate was amazing. Super helpful, polite, and friendly, she made me feel right at home by recognising me. Nothing was too much hassle for her, and she kept things professional yet warm. Kate?s a real gem and does the company proud.
