Excellent place for a meet up with family. Kirstyn our server was exceptional and thoroughly professional. Sharon and Joe in the kitchen produced excellent meals. Well done.

The food was fantastic! Every course, so perfect. It was all flawless. Such a clean and comfortable place.
Todd was serving us this evening. His service was exceptional. What a lovely person. So professional with such a great sense of humour. We've been here twice now and on both occasions have had 5 star flawless service.
Would highly recommend this restaurant.

We were looked after very well by Todd who was our server. The Food was perfect! Had the fillet steak and belly pork followed by tiramisu and the mango pavlova. We both thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks too to Sophie & Sharron in the kitchen!!!

Impromptu Saturday lunch out at the Bear's Head- lovely premises and great friendly atmosphere. Very dog friendly which is noted for next time! Food excellent with good choice even on the weekend treat menu. Service from Todd was great and very friendly, we were very well looked after

Great pub we use it as a stop over and have stayed several times now. Very friendly welcome. Room was very quiet and comfy bed. The food is always lovely.

QUIZ NIGHT. Brilliant Barry the quizmaster with his amazing colourful shirts. Great fun and fabulous atmosphere ,highlight of our week, meeting family and friends.

I came this morning and had a great breakfast and coffee whilst having a change of scenery from working at home. This evening I am back again enjoying the quiz night. Whenever you go to the Bears Head you can expect great food and drink and a great time. Daisy my assistance dog is always welcomed and enjoys being their along with the other dogs. This has to be the best pub and quiz night in Cheshire.

Absolutely love this place! Staff, food, bedrooms, service are all excellent.
When we go to Cheshire to visit family this is where we always stay, excellent value for money.
Met the housekeepers for the first time recently, they're lovely too!
I'd give the Bears Head 6 stars if I could!

Miguel and his team were incredibly friendly on arrival and during dinner. The food was brilliant and they catered to allergens very well. A beautiful building with a homely atmosphere!
