I am absolutely over the moon with the reconditioned Aga supplied and installed by Moreland cookers. I realise now I could not live without an Aga which is a joy to use. It was good value for money and I chose a gas Aga because I wanted the 'true Aga experience'. I was worried about the running costs using gas but it is actually much cheaper than expected and very affordable. Once the Aga has heated it remains at a constant temperature.I visited the showroom at Holmes Chapel before deciding on which Aga to purchase and I did lots of research to make sure it would fit into my chimney breast. It looks fabulous and is the centre piece of my new kitchen. Andrew was very friendly and helpful, as were the fitters. Nothing was too much trouble for Steve and he even fitted a fireproof board to cover up the upper part of my exposed chimney.Overall I am delighted and enjoying using my Aga every day. The only downside will be when I have to turn my Aga off for its annual serviceService: Household appliance installation

Andrew was helpful, he turned up extra early to help us out. Andrew was very patient and went out of his way to do what we wanted. The fitters were excellent, gave us advice. They came back the next day after a fault was found, fixed it immediately . I highly recommend Moorland cookers.From start to finish brilliant.

Warranty not honoured. I would not recommend this company. I had my reconditioned Aga installed in 2020 Dec. Within a few months the base of the Aga started to rust. The warming hob started to flake, something that seemed like a cheap silver spray paint was used.I called up to complain, I was told I had a damp kitchen and they told me to just, ?use some hammerite paint to rectify. As you can see from my photographs, the kitchen is bone dry and the aga is on a dry limestone floor, which has a sub base with a new DPC.Aga are excellent quality, this company gives them a bad name.I?m yet to receive a further response to my complaint.Unfortunately this app will not allow me to upload the photos but I have sent to the company and they disregarded query

I bought a reconditioned electric Aga. I used the recommended fitters who were also able to collect and deliver it. When they finished putting it together and switched it on it was perfect, not a single blemish could be found anywhere. You would never guess it was not brand new. I am thoroughly impressed and delighted.

The reconditioned AGA was delivered and installed to my satisfaction.Happy with it. Frankly it the after sales service and dealing the owner Andrew James, even for a minor issue is an experience that I would not recommend to anyone with a faint heart. His is uncooperative, needs constant chasing and goes back on his word when he has agreed something. He will use his interpretation of the STC small print to justify his actions. Be warned by paying the installation fitters direct it appears he is absolved of all contractual responsibility for the installation. I didnt even know who my fitter were, they just turned up with the AGA.On balance best avoided
