“We tried to buy an Everhot cooker but there were issues with it before delivery. They gave us a loan cooker in the interim but were unable to obtain the parts to fix the Everhot. We cancelled the order after a number of weeks and received an immediate refund. In one sense disappointing, but I am giving the company five stars as they immediately supplied a loan Aga when they discovered they could not deliver the Everhot as ordered. Additionally , after a period of weeks when we lost patience waiting for another Everhot to come in matching our specifications they gave us an immediate refund. They further agreed to pick up the loan cooker on the date requested.”
