Little, cosy place. Zara is amazing with her waxing skills. And Ruby has done the most amazing facial for me - my skin is flawless and glowing, as per my colleagues. Returning regularly.

Zara and ruby both do a fantastic job with everything be it nails or hair or wax or anything else that they offer. Ruby did my bridal make up which was absolutely fantastic.

I went to Eden for the first time today after recommendations from a work colleague. Very friendly and warm customer service. Clean environment. I had a Hollywood wax. It was very well done with good results. Staff very professional. I felt very comfortable throughout the process. I will be back.

Went to Eden Salon to get a full face wax, hugely disappointed! Grew my eyebrows for over 2 months only to have my eyebrows threaded really thin with no shape at all! Told the lady who I believe is the manager - Zara that my eyebrows are too thin, wouldn't acknowledge her mistake and insisted it suited me and my face shape. And on top charged me FULL PRICE!!! Going back for my 2nd haircut with Zara soon. Loved the style she gave me after really listening to what I wanted. No hard sell on optionals, no hidden extras and could still afford to eat that week after having a haircut!Update 6/9/21So sad to be doing this, but I went back today, with photos of the haircut I hadlast time (a layered chin length Bob cut) I've had a Bob cut for many years and it suits me. I can't describe the end result of today's visit other than a 1980's mullet. I wear glasses and can't see what's happening whilst I'm having a haircut but I have never felt so utterly distressed with a haircut before. The front has been chopped unevenly, cut right up to my hairline in parts so I look bald.. My fringe is almost not existent and yet the back is a solid clump with a line a 1/3rd way down where the layering stopped. I washed the unwanted hair gel out when I got home, (it was applied without asking my permission),and I could see the full extent of the damage. I was still asked to pay for this with a 10% discount although I'd said it was wrong and not at all like the style I'd had before and shown on my photos. I've booked an appointment with another salon recommended by a family member to try and rectify the mess and make it bearable, which is going to cost me money I can't afford.I'd show you the photos but there doesn't seem to be a facility to do that.Service: Hairstyling

I went to Eden yesterday to get my roots coloured, pedicure, lash lift and brow lamination.The ladies are both soo professional and do an amazing job. Everything was done to perfection. The pedicure was amazing, the best I?ve ever had. The pedicure station is sooo pretty, felt truely pampered.Services: Hairstyling

Love this place. A variety of treatments available including nails, facials, hair cutting/dying, mani-pedis, eyebrow shaping and 10% NHS discount! Lovely staff and lots of special offers on regularly too!
