Staff were unfriendly and dismissive. Mentioning the Shell app seemed to irritate them, and I was met with a grunt when asking for a VAT receipt.
On top of that, fuel prices were excessively high.
Poor experience overall ? won?t be returning.

after I paid for my fuel I've asked if they can put the tap of the side of the building on so I can get some like 10 -15 liters of water and I've been refused, by the manager in person,poor service to your customers, was only water I asked for nothing else.

Goodness me. That's the worst service station I have been to. Don't go! Services themselves were fine. But prepare yourself for the exit. Sat there for half an hour if not longer, queuing up to get to the exit. It is an awful design just to get back onto the motorway.

Went to the garage part earlier today. The girl behind the counter has attitude issues, the young lady with the face piercing, literally threw my change into my hand.

Absolutely appalled at the woman serving a customer today at around 2:45 18/2/24A gentleman who was already embarrassed at the fact he had an issue with his card and couldn?t afford the fuel was faced with an angry server let the whole garage knowthat if he didn?t pay the money back it would be sent to a debt collection agencyWho does that ?!If that had been me I would have had something to say and regret actually that I didnt say something in his defence.You do not know anybody?s situation and that behaviour could have been the straw that broke the camels back.I get that you are doing your job but learn a little discretion and manners.Shell please retrain your staff

I lost my drivers license, only for two of the staff members to drop it off at my home address after their shift. Certainly above and beyond and I?m so grateful.

Services themselves were fine. Normal service stop stuff but the exit is poorly designed and causes large tailbacks which takes about 20 mins to get thru back onto the motorway.
