Absolutely NO WAY!Walked in to the shop In 2020 and only I can say that the person is very arrogant.No customer service skills at all.

Thank you so much for a fantastic service today. I rang this morning described the sort of house plant I wanted to give my niece as a house warming present ( I have no idea of plant names ?) and by tea time a lovely pot plant, wrapped with hand written gift note was at my nieces new apartment.
