Avoid Pipps Hill, Basildon....the manageress is rude, arrogant and unhelpful. After falsely accusing my daughter of shoplifting, she refused to apologise for her mistake. She humiliated and degraded her in front of a shop full of people. Don't bother trying to make a complaint as Pets at Home doesn't take them seriously, and in fact doesn't even respond to them. Shop on line....its cheaper, and your more appreciated as a customer.

Bought dog food last week but my elderly dog has gone off it, unopened I didn't have the receipt so they wouldn't take it back will never buy from their again & always used pets at home

Although I have a VIP card I can't access any of the discount offers simply because I don't possess a mobile phone where all the offers are on the app.I now consider my card to be a total waste of time.

Visited edge lane faulty fog food bag spoke to jack bad attitude would do nothing without reciept but scanned my pets at home card there he said he wasn?t bothered and he wouldn?t check on computer even the girl that served me remember me but head office sorted it straight away reward card he was fuming when i returned to store 2nd time ?

Canterbury store manager was very unhelpful when asking about dog flee treatment. I signed up for the online delivery which hasn?t arrived. I went in to buy some and he wouldn?t serve me!

On Monday 31st of July at 14.00 our friend visited Pets at home in Merrielands retail park at merrielands crescent Dagenham I was so horrified to hear the way she got treated in fact she was bullied and harassed by 3 members of staff shop assistant male who is homesexual not that is an issue at all store manager female and security officer female the male had issues with our friend last year and she had reported him for being rude to her so he has held this grudge against her since than,so on Monday he got very rude to her and called her every name under the sun told her she was evil and anti homosexual (which she isn?t ) he was shouting at her in front of other customers so she asked to see the store manager also she wasn?t feeling well as she is a heart patient so she asked for a chair and water the manager came dragging a chair behind her and refused to give her the chair and said not giving it till you say please because your a evil lady and you don?t like to say please and she did the same with the water they had her in tears the manager gave her a lot of abuse too, and when she asked to call an ambulance for her because she?s not feeling well they refused and said your just acting even thou she showed her health card that states she is a heart patient and than the security guard went over to our friend and started abusing her verbally and was in her face as she did this baring in mind our friend is 76 years old and than the security guard said to her I hope before the end of the day you have a really bad accident cos your evil and also threatened her not to return back to the store because she will physically throw her out and she?s not joking there were people there but no one spoke up and just watched how disgusting is that, how would anyone feel if they got treated in this manner the fact that she is 76 and she was on her own but poor thing said to me I was hoping someone I knew would have walked In because she felt under attack by these 3 bullies that?s what they are shame on them as she left the shop in tears another security officer had seen her crying and asked if she was ok, so she told him what happened and he told her you should have not been treated in this manner and shouldn?t let them get away with it. All make sense now why people shop online as the customer service in shops is absolutely disgusting I will be reporting this security officer to the Sia authorities as they do not tolerate this type of behaviour I will be sharing this with friends family and social media as this type of service is not except able and how dare they treat her in such a bad manner and the store manager should be ashamed picking on a 76 year old lady who is old enough to be there mum or grandmother we will not let this matter go until something is done I can?t believe how wicked someone people can be I hope Pets at Home take this matter seriously as the staff are giving the company a bad reputation by the bad bad customer service shame on these staff members that are evil themselves

Had a baby fledgling that I tried to look after and feed for a day and a half but it would not eat a thing and kept hiding in some bushes near our house. If I moved it, it went back to the bushes. I had to then put it in a box because of the number of dogs that walk past these bushes on walks in the day and the foxes that pass them at night. The bird had nothing to eat or drink the whole time I had it and could not be left anywhere that was safe so I took it to Pets at Home in Sevenoaks. It could not have gone to a better place - they have a local person who takes care of birds and in a short time our little fella was collected and is now being fed by hand. I could never have done that. This bird person will know when the bird is ready to rejoin other birds - another thing I could not have done. There was NO CHARGE and nothing but a friendly helpful service from the staff at the Sevenoaks store. WELL DONE TO ALL OF YOU!

BAD NEVER GOT ANY STOCK.BEEN TRYING TO GET THIS CAT FOODFOR TWO WEEKS. KEEP TELLING ME THEREIS LITTLE STOCK IN WAREHOUSE.WILL HAVE TO SHOP ELSEWHERE !!!!!!!!!

I have always had a good experience at the Pets at home branch in purley, London. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. I would like to thank Ella, Matthew and Adam for their excellent customer service.
