Why, just why go to fast good type ordering? Slow,difficult,you cannot see what your getting,dont take cash, cannot order your coffee how you prefer it,eg half a shot, my sandwich was excellent but my crisps were to follow with the drinks! I feel sorry for your staff who have to face the disgruntled public, they can only work with the poor tools given to them,change for chage sake,il bet its consultant lead

All the staff are friendly and professional. The food isn't great - I had a Mexican wrap (egg is a bit foamy) and chips (soft, limp, potato-y) and a hot chocolate (nice quality but small and feels much too expensive at £4). 2 stars based purely on the food which is 95% of the reason for going for take out. Final thought: where do we stand for takeout? Felt like I was in the way.

Half the self service till points weren't working which you didn't know until actually going up to them. There was no one else waiting so we stood behind someone using a till that was working, after several minutes a member of staff comes and tells us to join the back of a queue of a few people that had come while we'd been waiting! She wouldn't listen that we were there first. A customer saw all this and also said we'd been there first she still didn't listen. Absolutely awful customer service!

This is my second review of an M&S cafe having already reviewed Warrington.
Handforth is no better, decided that?s the last time I will eat at an M&S cafe.
Only 4 touch screens working out of 8
Ordered food and no drinks after 35 mins
Tables not cleared
They even ran out of clean cups.

too crowded and not the best of service. they can do with employing 10 more staff at busy times. Seating area was not clean. Ventilation is poor and smell of food. had to wait for 40 minutes. I been to much smaller cafes locally that were 10 times better. Not impressed

Cafe has gone really downhill since it became like McDonalds. Expensive, miserable young staff serving. Friday 12/7/24 Ordered Beans on Toast, £4.00 Stone cold toast miniscule portion Beans again stone cold. Ordered Flat White Extra hot, arrived a luke warm cup of froth. They no longer appear to have proper Barista type coffee machines. Absolute rubbish.

Simply lost our order, we waited for over an hour, we went to check and they hadn?t even got our order in the system. We received a cold coffee and that?s it.
Some sort of disconnect between the self serve machine and the kitchen as we received a receipt and buzzer for our order, but nothing in their system.
It?s a shame because we used to enjoy coming here with our little one- trust me, save your time and your money if you value your weekend!

It?s a nice place to have a meal, however that don?t have enough staff. I like to order from the screens make it easier. Was closed last week for refurbished.

Disappoined! I've been sat in your cafe for over 40 mins now, the queue is constant at order machines & not one person has been to sanitise the screens as yet. Do you actually do this? The germs must be rife & my only hope is that " the lady" that left the toilet without washing her hands hasnt been in!Handforth Dean.

Diane & Jess in the Lingerie department were fantastic to me and my teenage daughters when booked in for a bra fit on Friday 29th March 2024
Nothing was too much trouble for them. Fantastic ladies.

Worst idea ever M & S. Posh McDonald's springs to mind. Not user friendly and service very slow. Placed an order today for Easter chocolate cake only to be told 25 mins later that they haven't got any. Tables not cleared and messy tables and floors. Please bring back counter service. The experience is now like a fast food restaurant but very slow. Disappointed.
