Popped in today for a take away oat flat white and your servers were doing a fantastic job. The store was extremely busy and they were clearly understaffed but managed to maintain excellent service with cheery disposition.

The food was limited, the staff were excellent, the drinks were good, we used our own cups, so we got a discount. The cafe was very busy when we visited, had to wait a few minutes for a seat, but it was lunchtime.

Just terrible service. You get treated like a nuisance by most team members. Always a queue with no speed or awareness of how long people are made to wait. Never open second till or machine.

Staff are always helpful and polite. It was busy and some tables were not cleared. People struggled to find a table that had been cleared and more importantly cleaned.

Still very limited provision for gluten free. Nothing savoury other than crisps. The mince pies are delicious and were welcome even though very early. Basically I can't get a lunch or a meal, just a snack.Comfortable seating.

The food was of low quality compared to recent visits. The Washroom was filthy and there was only two. One was locked out of order. The service was bad as very understaffed I waited an entire 30 minutes in a queu to be served then a further 15 mins waiting on food. Worst experience ever. More staff desperately required. I always go in Costa cafes but I won't frequent this one in a hurry.
