The food has good portions and is very delicious,the staff are always very welcoming and kind and the orders often come very quickly! Overall it is a fantastic pub. I really recommend .

The staff were very attentive and friendly Julie and Lorna were very helpful
Parking: If you park at night there are certain areas where it it not clear that you have to enter your car registration number in the pub and you could find yourself with a £100 fine

Excellent pork loin. Apple sauce would have been a nice option.
Parking: You don't need to pay and display. Just remember to type in your car registration and the hours you need on the screen near the bar.
Kid-friendliness: Children were actually served first. No long wait for the food which was great.

Went for lunch, Ricki was serving all the tables on her own and she was absolutely fantastic! Well mannered, respectful, kind and made sure to give each table her full attention and enough time to make decisions without making anyone feel rushed! She coped fantastically on her own and deserves a raise for her performance!

Booked well in advance for 12.Wouldnt let us pre order. Hardly anything on the festive menu, the foodthey had left was hardly any ingredients. Eaton mess with no fruit! Trifle was tiny piece of sponge and 1 rasberry!
Ice cream sundae with clotted cream ice cream came out as 1 scoop of chocolate ice cream whipped cream to the top to fill the void! No topping, no sauce!
Toby the server was polite but embarrassed, we asked to see the manager,Toby was deployed.We will never set foot in that establishment again!!!!
Very dissapointing!
2 desserts were knocked off the bill.Very, very poor.Why didnt they ring us? We could have gone somewhere else?

Arrived at 11:15 to be told that breakfast ends at 11:15, the next day arrived at 11:00 - correct opening time - to be told he has no till and wouldn?t let us in. Stood in the car park waiting for our ride instead.

The service was excellent from our servers, especially Toby, who looked after us really well. The food was a bit hit and miss, excellent burger, lovely prawn dish, lovely turkey, great pigs in blankets, but the potatoes were not quite up to scratch and the desserts were a bit disappointing. The staff sorted it out as soon as we mentioned it, so overall a good family meal out on a foggy Boxing Day.

Staff were lovely , couldn?t fault them . We had the Christmas dinner and not impressed . I had to return my vegan wellington which was raw pastry inside . Five tiny potatoes 2 pieces of carrot and parsnip . Really small and not great for the money . All veg is 15p in the shops . Why only 3 sprouts. Like I said the staff were amazing . Sorry about the food

Had our Christmas meal for the pickle ball group. They had a very good beer on. The meal was good. But the prawns on a crumpet for a starter were certainly not worth the surcharge

Menu was limited. Some items not available. Portion sizes on all dishes were disappointing especiallyfor the price. Atmosphere was nice but also felt crampt with servers squeezing between seats whilst we were eating. Flavours were lacking. Just not the greatest. It's a shame as it looked so nice.
