Opening hours unrealistic for people who work.More effort should be made to leave parcels in safe place as other companies do very successfully.Royal Mail are too unreliable and not sure why any company still uses them

Staff are extremely helpful, but the non existent "parking" is chaotic at the best of times. This building needs public parking spaces. If you're going to collect your parcel in a car, good luck.

Feeling safe is important nowadays, we live in a world of constant stress and anxiety. Where I live, at the back of my house is the Royal Mail sorting office Saint Luke?s way. FrodshamSince I moved in they have been accommodating by keeping a space outside my gate so that I can park.There have been times when I was in distress and some members have been kind and helped me. They have a difficult job and have a very early start helping to keep us continuously informed with our letters and parcels.Thank you for your kindness and support.Kindest RegardsNeighbour

Went to drop off a parcel today at the time specified on the depot website 12:00-14:00. On arrival there was a notice on the door saying the opening times are 08:00-10:00. Spoke to an employee in the sorting room and I explained what I had attended the depot for and was told there was no one available to process my parcel, surely it was not that difficult to scan a label on a parcel! Told to come back tomorrow during the newly published opening times.Surely if you alter your opening times you alter the times on your website to avoid a wasted journey.Very poor customer service.

Please note that the opening times on the door are misleading. Always check the official Royal Mail site. Apart from that, great friendly guys and efficient service.

Sorting office said thay tried to deliver and left a card never done that .then said it was back at the Sorting office. No it was at St hildas drive post office

Please can you update your website - I have been to collect a parcel today only to find out you only open between 7.00 and 9.00am. Also, nowhere on your website does it say you are closed on a Wednesday.Wasted journey, wasted time.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service and the worst website on the planet already lost one parcel went to collect another 10 minutes before 7am refused to give it to me shocking
