Post Offices in Frodsham, Cheshire

“Dropped in yesterday having recently moved into the area and not used this particular Post Office branch in the past. I was actually looking to get some change for the business I work for, which like many businesses, seem to be treated with absolute contempt by the banks that so say serve them. That's on the assumption, you can find a branch that's actually still open! In contrast, the gentleman who served me in the Frodsham Post Office was absolutely lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. Which makes a change from your average branch of HSBC where most of the time I'm in apprehension of a game of thrones style shaming for having the audacity to ask for some change or bank some cash! You could see that the staff had a real relationship and genuinely knew a lot of their customers and it was so refreshing to see somewhere that had that old fashioned community feel and more importantly customer service. To the gentleman who served me, a big thank you.”

“Feeling safe is important nowadays, we live in a world of constant stress and anxiety. Where I live, at the back of my house is the Royal Mail sorting office Saint Luke’s way. FrodshamSince I moved in they have been accommodating by keeping a space outside my gate so that I can park.There have been times when I was in distress and some members have been kind and helped me.
