Two to three pieces of sushi costed on average £5. Ordered yakisoba for £5 and the portion size is ridiculously small. They served it in a small saucer. Food is ridiculously overpriced for the portion and it doesn't even make up for that flavour. Might as well go to a proper japanese restaurant.

Take a look at the chicken yakitori that your staffs made for us today. I know it's a very busy day on Boxing Day but this is unacceptable and you should feel ashamed before serving it like this. Very disappointed with your standard.

Waited ages to be seated. Little attention from staff. Filthy/ broken bathrooms. A rubbish dining experience. I think they assume that everyone wants to stare at their screens and order through an app too, so staff aren't actually checking in on anyone (and the style of food usually requires more than one order to be taken).Even took the time to email in, as Yo used to be a favourite of ours, but just got a bog standard automatic response.

It is definitely on the more expensive side for an average lunch but it is also delicious. The staff are great, super helpful and friendly. Will definitely go back as a once in a while treat.

Food a bit over priced... staff were great and very helpful though.Kid-friendliness: Kids were made to feel welcome but seating not suitable for under 5 years old.

Been twice to this place, first time I had a hair on the sushi and the staff thought it was funny and made jokes about it. Second time, done an order and my partners came but they came to tell me that they had no tuna which was my whole order. The staff said will be back in a minute to see if I wanted to reorder anything. Never came back and had to ask the chef behind the belt to shout him to come back. Poor service. As my partner had eaten some of her meal we felt compelled to stay and order something else. Will Go somewhere else the next time I visit Cheshire oaks.

I love coming here, so much so we did a sushi making class here too. Food is tasty and there are loads of options. Great vibe too.

First time trying Yo sushi. I was not disappointed. Even my fussy wife found something she would enjoy. The table next to us had young children, and the chiefs made changes so they would like the food very accommodating.

I loved the food here. Lots of variety to choose. Miso soup was great.Portion size is very less for price. It was served in a saucer.6 piece fried Korean chicken is about £8. Meal for 3 is about £50.

I ordered the noodles and fried rice from YO. The portion was less but the food was really tasty. They have these conveyers with food and you can pick anything you like from sushi to desserts.

Delicious food, needs better phone signal or WiFi to effectively order from the table, also seemed understaffed, had to wander round looking for someone to pay.

Went here yesterday for a impromptu dinner with my family. We have dined yo! In the past but it's been a while. We had a 6 year old and a 8 month old and the service we received was excellent! All the chefs had smiles on their faces and nobody was waiting for anything. The waitress we had, Shannon, genuinely is a credit to the restaurant! She was all smiles, helpful at every stage, knowledgable and was wonderful with my children which made us feel right at home. Several years ago I was an MOD for a 5* hotel, and if I had still been there, I would have poached her in a heartbeat!?Will certainly be returning. Keep up the good work

If you like sushi, this place is yours. We love it...

It's a good yo sushi, you can book a table which is surprising for Cheshire oaks. They have changed it so the belt doesn't stop with a light now and you can just take what you want but also order from the menu if it's not on the belt.

Plymouth branch is the worst, slowest outlet I?ve been too. You need to re staff this branch. Manchester,
London, Liverpool and Birmingham all great. This is SO BAD. Ordered food for take out at 4.47, was told or would only be 10mins as needed to get a train. At 5.03 the staff hadn?t even started my order. One person offered me Super Salmon out of the fridge which is already been advised had been made first thing this morning. However as there was three take away meals already sitting on the side out of the fridge (god knows how long they had been there in the hot weather) I declined and asked for fresh. 5 mins later the chefs hadn?t started my order so I asked how long, as was in a hurry to catch my train. He was prepping fish. He started making something that wasn?t my order, until I pointed out what I had ordered - super salmon. He then called on waitress to ask for one out of the fridge, who indicated there wasn?t one. It took me over 20 mins to get my order and no one was arsed, no good customer service at all. A rough/ skanky looking man came in to where the seating area was and started up a heated conversation with male chef, which slowed my meal down even more. I will not be going to your Plymouth restaurant again as it is by far less professional and of the same high standard of your other branches. Please sort these idiots out! Katie
