Lovely hot chocolate selection but I find it a bit of a scam when I want to just buy one and the cashier tells me the minimum I have the buy is two. I don?t care about getting money off the second I just wanted the one.

Went here a few weeks back with my mum on a trip out, the staff where amazing very happy, friendly and helpful. They mentioned how they could make any of the drink for me to sample which definitely helped me towards making a purchase that I was a tad sceptical about but after tasting straight away I picked myself some up. All in all a lovely experience well done to the staff here ????

Lovely selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolates and more. Try before you buy with their samples (in tiny paper cups) and maybe try something a little different like their fruity instant tea blends.

I visited Cheshire Oaks on 9th October - I try to get there once a year if I can. I bought some foaming shower gel in rituals. When I got home I couldn?t find them. I emailed Rituals in case I had left them on the counter and they suggested I contact guest services. I called guest services and spoke to a very helpful lady who told me Calvin Klein had handed them in on the 10th. As I live in London guest services offered to post them to me. They arrived the very next day. Excellent service by guest services and also thanks to Calvin Klein. Very pleased that they weren?t taken by someone and extremely impressed with the service from all concerned. Thank you all

Good choice of products as always and nice staff, but a bit of a scam that you have to buy at least 2 products in an offer, can't just buy a single container of a hot chocolate.
The coffee beans are deceptively bad value, they use large bags to make it appear more than other competitors, however they actually weigh the same as other competitors, priced at £9 for 200g, not exactly 'outlet' prices.

Lovely shop, clean, well presented, we had a smiley blonde lady serve me and my partner was friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about her job and made me feel right at home, she advised me on the different teas and kindly made me a few to try. I wish id got her name as she provided such a good experience. I left with two teas. If it wasnt for her service i probably wouldnt have bought anything!. She was great at her role! And I really felt like id treated myself with the teas i bought they are great!
