Rude staff.absolutely disgusting service.no manners how to deal with customers.Been to this overpool road well pharmacy twice today for my anxiety/panic attack tablets which prescribed by my gp and I can?t miss even for a day.Today i am struggling with bad headache.i have got repeat prescription where clearly wrote repeat medication.she said can?t help to give me the medicine whereas i used emergency services nhs111 and got repeat prescriptions request again.bcz if i left this medicine for a day i got side effects straight way.lady was rude to me whereas i have been requesting her for the medicine and also was asking for my period delay which they clearly mentioned in their pharmacy services uh can walk in for periods delay and she didn?t even gave me proper reply was serving the next customer.

Rude staff, who make mistakes and get annoyed if you dare to go back to get it sorted, they do not answer the phone, they close early, often open late or don't open at all due to "STAFF SHORTAGES"so if people run out of medication, can't get in or call them, they go without and risk ending up in hospital due to withdrawal, which has happened to a family member dealing with this pharmacy.....Not fit for purpose.

Visited both well pharmacy on overpool Road and loxdale drive for repeat prescription, antibiotics and flu jab - all within the space of 1-2 week.Order repeat and get a text to say its ready , as were the antibiotics. Go on lunch and it's closed. Go later that day only to get home and half my prescription was missing. Go the next morning and it's closed again due to no pharmacist! Go a week later for flu jab to loxdale Road, booked and paid for over 2 weeks in advance. Get a reminder email. Arrive and the lady says "we don't do flu jabs here". I've booked..."yea I don't know why the system isn't working". Didn't even bother coming from out the back with a sincere apology. The place is a disgrace. Management should feel embarrassed at such a circus.

Never opens on time, people always queuing outside until at least 9.05am. Always manages to be closed dead on closing time tho

Booked a 50+ flu jab online ..2 weeks in advance to fit in with my shift pattern .. got an auto email on the day of appointment re-arranging for the following week .. which defeated the object of booking a suitable and convenient time ..no explanation given .. cancelled and went to an alternative pharmacy .. they had previously cancelled my wife's Covid booster in a similar manner.

As an immunocompromised person, had my autumn booster booked here. Was surprise to find no staff (including person administering dose) and very few customers wearing masks. Not really the right location for people booking jabs who are clinically extremely vulnerable but the person vaccinating at least should have been more considerate. Only went through with it because it would have been a couple of weeks before I could have booked elsewhere

Dont bother ringing,they never answer the phone! I have used this Pharmacy for many years but it's not as good as I remember
