Food was good, very attentive at first, but trying to get the bill. We asked for it three times, in the end we said we were going, and it suddenly appeared!
However, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired! The lights fitting over the front tables were all filthy with thick dust. I don?t think they cleaned them since it opened?. Luckily ours wasn?t over our food unlike some.

We love coming here. The staff are always spot on and the food never misses. We had Kam as our server and they were so lovely and attentive!

Terrible service. I already told the waitress I need more time to read the menu, she kept coming and requested me to order. There are still many seats and no one was waiting to be seated, I don?t know why she was so hurry for.
Another waitress put my drink on the table so rudely that she spilled all over my table, but she just turned around and acted like nothing happened.

Great place to eat

Not too bad for massed, churned out Japanese food. My yaki udon was a little bland and the duck gyoza were more like miniature pasties, however, the tama squid was decent enough. The peach iced tea was also very good. I guess you get what you pay for.
On the plus side, our waitress, Hannah, was very nice and amiable, and despite there being a wait to get in, we were served relatively quickly.

Decided to go here for lunch today as nearby Pizza E. had a big queue outside, v/ nobody queuing outside Wagamama.
No staff at the entrance to take us to a table, people were just walking in and sitting down randomly. Weird.
Sat down eventually and chose food that arrived very quickly. Noodles overcooked, everything super spicy (we had the same dishes the week before at Trafford Centre and that was delicious). My rice was all stuck together and my shredded duck on top had a very funny smell.
We left more than 2/3 of our food, but staff didn?t spare any comment and got us the bill within 5 minutes. Not worth £60 for 2 people.
We left in a hurry and with a bitter taste so we didn?t take any photos.
I had more courteous and caring service at McDonalds, come to think of it.
Not going there again for the time being.

Wagamamas has introduced us to some lovely styles of food and is full of flavor! We love the staggered approach where each dish comes out as and when it's made. We were sat right by the kitchen and the smell and atmosphere was brilliant

We went out today for a family meal. We were sat near the door but were kindly moved to warmer seats. Our server was Connor, he was extremely friendly and so accommodating. Connor was so nice to us all and couldn't have asked for better service. Only gave a 4 on food as the ramen had too much onion in it with the red and spring onion. Just became too overpowering. Amazing time though thanks to Connor
