Talking about last time experience and I would say I felt RACISM from management and staff . ?Andrew? who is the manager he was properly rude to us while we were ordering some drinks they denied and asked for ticket for drinks , few minutes back we bought the ticket from them unfortunately, we were struggling to find the physical ticket and we thought we lost it and then we politely asked that please check in your database as there is record of every transaction if there is no record of transaction how you are getting money from customers and where this money is going to and I was so upset manager said we can?t give you drinks without physical ticket and after sometime fortunately we found from inside the cinema . There was a girl with Manager Andrew and she was kept saying this thing ? we will kick you out from the cinema ? but why we were not rude with any one of them . This is what we called as hospitality ??????..

Lots of parking. Legitimatly good food, especially the nachos! Great presentation, solid audio, good projection. And plenty of money saving offers. No complaints at all!

Really comfortable seats but the 2 rows of ceiling lights left on during the film were too bright. Could do with some entertainment in the foyer such as air hockey or a coffee shop. We arrived a little early for the film and had to stand around waiting for 20 mins as the 6 chairs available had been taken.

Love the comfy reclining seats especially when watching long films like Oppenheimer. It's always clean and the staff are friendly and efficient. It's not our nearest cinema but well worth the extra travelling time.

I've been coming to this cinema since I was a kid. Overall it's a good experience. The price is by far better than other cinemas in the area and it's usually pretty clean. Staff are friendly although they do seem tired a lot. In terms of the actual experience once you are in the seat, well it depends. The regular viewings are great, the recliner seats feel great, and were very appreciated when I went to see Oppenheimer the other day. This is contrasted by the Imax seats which are not recliner and overall feel 'cheap' and unpleasant. The other issue is that some of the screens seem very small in comparison to other cinemas. It's not a large problem but just something to be noted if you want a really big screen

I went to watch Indiana Jones with my son, we love the reclining chairs they are so comfortable...so much so it makes you reluctant to get out of them at the end of the film.Cinema was clean and tidy, seamless booking online with a QR code to flash on arrival.Took advantage of the Meerkat offer which gave us 241 on our tickets, definitely an added bonus.Loads of leg room, great if you're a bit taller and like a bit of extra space.Loads of parking around the back of the cinema, making it an accessible location.

Just had to mention the member of staff, Craig, who works at the Cheshire oaks cinema. Great customer service is fast becoming the exception rather than the norm, but Craig stands out as an exceptional staff member.Always love visiting this cinema, really comfortable seating and the friendly staff make the trip perfect. Staff are lovely, got a proper cheesy grin off of one staff member when I was queueing. The screens were clean and the chairs were really (really) comfortable. Plus, the queues were non-existent (I did go at 11.15pm though). Will definitely be back.

Film was good. The Vue is always clean - including the loos. We booked online to save the queue at the tills. Should have a till for people not wanting to buy food. I find the seats uncomfortable. The old ones were better.

Love the recyling seats in this cinema. Makes it more comfortable and enjoyable to watch films.Slow service for food and drinks this time so didnt end up buying, but this isnt usually the case

Good cinema with good facilities. Has good car park for customers. We bought the pop corn to watch the movie. This is very nice environment, clean, comfortable and good atmosphere ??

Very friendly and helpful staff gave us a refund for a spare ticket we had, and we didn't even ask for or expect the refund! Recliners clean and very comfortable! Reasonably price tickets! Great all round, definitely recommend!
