Did a phone upgrade online but ended up with several issues. Glad to know that there is still an actual Vodafone shop relatively local to me or else I would have to go through Tobi the Virtual Assistant for 30 minutes before I could speak to a human assistant. Thank you Kylie for your help today!

Don't trust a word these say in the shop. They don't know how their owning billing works. Got charged a lot more than they said. Good job we had cap on billing. Idiots.
