Had to ring the number 4 times to get someone from reception to appear. Was interrogated when asked about the smell of weed that was in the lift and reception area when I got there, I'm close to 60, the girl looked in her 20's from reception. Not a great first impression for me. Room/bedding and towels were clean, although the mattress had seen better days. Plenty of free parking and tonnes of places to eat.

Good location for food and entertainment. The reception is on the first floor.

What more do you need? It's a 5 min walk to Cheshire oaks from here. Just outside below, there are plenty of good restaurants serving a wide range of world cuisine. Place is comfortable for a good sleep. This would be my choice of stay if in Cheshire oaks.

No air con , room smelled of dirty bodies ,view from window (which was dirty ) onto a flat roof full of weeds . We left after one night having paid for two and will never use again. over priced very poor quality

don?t bother going here if you?re a person of colour. expect to be discriminated against. poor customer service on site. dirty sheets, and poor breakfast options.

We opted for twin beds, they were the narrowest I've ever been on in a hotel. Not very comfortable.

Great location ,don't book the plus rooms not worth the extra money. Room 409 smells of sewage we where given an bottle of air freshener.
We are still waiting to hear from customer service really not happy with the service.
The room was clean but very tired.

Located in the Coliseum area of the outlets, great location easy check in receptionist showed a genuine interest in our visit. Room 409 overlooking the shops and restaurants usual amenities and was spotlessly clean as were the other parts of the hotel. Spoilt for choice of things to do and places to eat from cheap and cheerful to having to pay somewhat more. All in all a great stay and would stay again when in the area. Plenty of parking available.

The positives: Cheap price for a short stopover. Plentiful free parking. Proximity to Cheshire Oaks (but see below)
The not-so positives: No a/c and the rooms are unbearably stuffy. Disturbed sleep due to having the window open (essential given no a/c) and car alarms going off outside and bins being filled/emptied at all hours. If you are going to Cheshire Oaks for shopping it?s so close(5 mins) you?ll want to walk there, BUT there are no pavements so you walk on the road- especially dangerous if you have children / pushchairs or wheelchair. Outside of Travelodge?s control but important to know if you have accessibility needs.

Everyone are so polite caring and very well at working as a team this makes the stay and the cleanliness so much better than just another place to stay. The 1 thing I would say is plz make all sections clear so people know where to go it's a large place so many roundabouts and walkways, I spent over an hour going round in circles once on the main complex but everything is organised but is not very clear as to which shops where and where more parking available behind the shops and hotel. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH FOR MAKING ME FEEL LIKE A HUMAN WITHOUT THE OVER DRAMATIC FRILLS . JUST GOOD HONEST PEOPLE ? ? ? ?
