One of my favourite shops not just for the bargains but for the quality products. Tog24 definitely keeps you warm and the shop is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful and the shop is clean and easy to find what you want

I bought a red fleece from the store recently, however I wore it with a grey top and tracksuit the day of the purchase and the dye rubbed off and stained my top and bottoms red! Considering the price of the item I did not think to wash it before I wore it. I?m very disappointed.

Very rude staff!!!! My daughter saw a black fleece she liked, mostly size 10's on the rail. So I went & asked 1 of the 3 assistants stood around the counter, would you have a size 12 out the back. Thinking this is a perfectly reasonable question. We had asked this same question in a previous shop of which they were able to assist. Of which one of the girls said no everything is out. As i walked away my other daughter was stood by the counter & heard the girls say it makes me laugh when people ask us for a size when theres only one size on the rail, oh I will go & look out the back (laughing). When she clearly had no intention, very poor customer service!! Not a comment she should be making in front of potential customers.
