Converted from a former pub - hence the ground floor loos. Good to see they?ve got the ? Racing Channel on ? and they even have a ? lane. Limited choice of guest cask ales.

Very pleased with my visit here on my Wetherspoons's tour. This one was the 471st that I've visited.
Good breakfast with mushrooms and a hot drink for around a fiver. I had 2 pints of Peerless Peninsula for less than £2 each.
Large frontage and close to Overpool railway station.

Came here on the off after visiting Ellesmere port. Lady behind the bar clearly looked distracted kept asking me the same questions. My partners burger was burnt so we sent it back. We all finished our brunches and she was still waiting around 20 no ins for another one. Eventually it came still burnt, the bun was rock solid she couldn't eat half of it and struggled all the way through. Definitely would not return.

Went for breakfast to initially be told the cook phoned in sick so no food. Shortly after food was able to be served (presume replacement found) but most of it was stone cold and they served moldy strawberries to my toddler

the food is allways cold and the staff allways get your drinks order wrong if you complain you could get barred for 3 months
