On the afternoon of Monday 17th June 2024 - I needed to write a Birthday Card purchased from the Sainsbury's supermarket.
Staff at this branch of Starbucks where extremely friendly in a place of good hygiene.
I will visit again.

Clueless staff.A queue like crowd of people wait in a freezing cold doorway eventually realising the actual queue is at the back of the shop. I tried to tell one staff member but she only makes drinks, nothing to do with her.When I tell another staff member he asks me where there people are, well they all just moved. They just couldn't care less.Finally getting to the front of the real queue I'm told there's a 15-20 minute wait. The place is not that busy. Very few people in the shop have a drink.Drinks are left at the end of the counter for customers to guess which is theirs. If you're not standing right there you have no chance of hearing. Names are never called out again and drinks remain there going cold. The staff are still not the slightest bit bothered.Customers at the end of the counter discuss which may be their drinks and if they should just take one.

Grim. Terrible food, ridiculously expensive. Why do we put up with this? Bring back the old Sainsbury's café!

The nicest person in chesire oaks works here, Laura. I work in a store near by and frequently come here before my shift. She is always happy and sweet in every interaction, not only with me. I'm very grateful for Laura and Caz to have comforted me today, after a particularly bad day. Thankyou so much. It is a delight to go here.

Awful experience, over priced, dry under filled sandwiches. Lots of staff huddled behind counter. Went to ask where napkins were, was looked at them ignored!! The lady taking the order was very nice but the rest of the staff need some customer service training. Will not be back.
